How To Treat Tingling Sensation And Pain In Left Knee Caused After A Injury?

I was playing a game with some teammates earlier today. And I went to do a backward kick like in soccer and I landed on my left knee when it was bent and I felt instant pain. I heard a pop and I could feel it. And I am laying down righ now and my who left leg is tiglinng. It was doing that right after it happened to. I am in so much pain just laying here and I don t know what I did to it.

I really appreciate your concern, knee joint is very fragile one and highly vulnerable to injury and most delicate part is meniscus and it need to be checked for torn condition better to get done the MRI test hope this information helps.
