My foreskin on my circumcised penis pulls down over the head, especially when walking. I have to constantly adjust it. It is somewhat sore to the touch. It is hard to start urination. I urinate very little and still feel the need to go. My penis looks smaller to me, especially in diameter. I can`t get erect fully. This all happened 3 months ago. The Urologist put me on Difulcan, but it hasn`t worked. Urine looks ok, but does have an odor occasionally. Sometimes hurts a little to urinate and a little burning afterwards. At times penis feels like it has a minor temperature.
