How To Treat Throat Injury Caused By Bone Stuck In Throat?
I think small chicken bone got stuck in my throat while eating homemade soup. It really hurt. I took a tablespoon of oil oil and Drank a lot of water and tried to remove with my finger. It doesn t feel as bad now but my throat still hurts somewhat when I swollow. Should I be concerned or could I have scratched my throat when this happened?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have throat injury caused by bone stuck in throat which you had while ingesting chicken soup is acting as foreign body there and causes accumulation of bacteria and debris and giving you pinched sensation type feel and this bone has some hard and sharp thing that had gone inside giving small abrasion in food pipe. If there is only abrasions then your symptom will resolve in 24 hours and you need not to worry about that. If you are having any foreign body in throat then your problem keeps on persisting and visit ENT specialist immediately. Go for fibro-optic scan and with the help of fibrooptic tip get that foreign object removed which is causing problem. Do warm saline gargles and maintain basic oral hygiene.
