How To Treat Throat Dysphagia With Mucus?

Hey, am 26yrs old. I had a cold that lasted about a 6weeks, and after it cleared i have a lot of mucus that is produced especially if i sneeze or cough.l constantly have the feeling of clearing my throat, have a sore throat and my glands are swollen at the point where the neck meets the chin. They are especially uncomfortable immediately after i wake up in the mornings, they are not painful but am having difficulty in swallowing food and usually get the feeling that my throat is being constricted. I don t have a fever or headache. I was on prescribed antibiotics, cough syrup and painkillers at the time when i had the cold. I used to get tonsillitis and sore throat when i was a child and have have a history of cold and dust allergies. Additional info: I was diagnosed with Dyshidrotic eczema when i was 14, which is more prevalent the soles of my feet than the hands to date. I have never used any medicine for eczema because its seasonal and not severe. Thanks for your help in advance, Kasha.
