How To Treat The White Spots On Throat With Headache?

I have white spots on my throat with a headache (taken away with morton), some body aches, but no cold symptoms, no fever. I have a history of strep and rheumatic fever when I was 18. I had a wisdom tooth extracted last Thursday and a negative strep test on Saturday. For the tooth and my history, I was on an antibiotic from Thursday to Monday. My throat is still very sore and have no lost 6 lbs since Friday. Debating on whether or not I should go back to the doctor.

You should certay go back to the Doctor for clinical evaluation and investigations to see that there is no abnormality like blood cancer or septicemia to know because you have white lesions in the throat and you are loosing weight.
I would advise the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination to see any evidence of any other disease.
All the relevant blood tests to rule out infection, dysfunction of any organ like liver, kidney, thyroid and others.
To get to the root cause and get a proper treatment.
