Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It looks that you have fractured your toe at its base. At present, you need a X-ray to confirm this. Strapping your big toe with adjacent finger is needed at present. For relief from pain, you may have acetaminophen. Avoid putting strain on your foot.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mukesh Tiwari, Orthopedic Surgeon
