How To Treat The Quivering Of Lower Lip?

my lower lip on the right side quivers for not apparent reason. I have read that it may be either a lack of pootassium or Vid D3? Nothing huts, but it seems to go away for a while and then comes back? Any suggestions for me would be very appreaciated. Thank you so much.

Thank you for your query with HCM, it is very appreciated that you know the reason for quivering usually it happens when there is excessive loss or inadequate amount if of electrolytes are present. As you know nothing much to worry have plenty of fruits as a regular diet and you can also use some vit B complex caps along with zinc combination.
