How To Treat The Pimples Under My Child S Lower Lip?

hi my 2 years 7 month old child has an alergy problem , specificaly under his lower lip.a large number of small pimples appears together , and i dont apply any cream so that he may swallow it inside. What to do em really worried ? Should i apply fucicort or betnovate n?

Hi, Thanks for choosing our forum. The clumps of tiny blisters what you find on the chin area of your son is possibly a reaction to excessive salivation. Keep that area clean with normal water and don't use soap to that area unless very dirty or very oily. I feel that fucicort is a better option over betnovate as this condition could be an infected allergic dermatitis and hence the fucicort. Use it three times a day for 5 days. If it doesnot get any better, visit     a dermatologist. Regards, Dr.Pravin Asir.
