Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum. Picking on the acne can leave scars. You need to take consultation from a goo dermatologists. Pits can be reduced using microdermabrasion and laser treatments. Please do not lower your confidence levels. Take care

There is no treatment for open pores. Just face clean, avoid too many skin care products & cosmetics. Steam , while facial /cleanup should be avoided. Regualr blackhead removal is adviced.
Moisturising twice a day. Using glycerin based face wash/soap 1-2 times a day . Healthy , balanced diet and acitivity is useful for keeping the whole body cleansed and fit, espcially skin.
For pigmentation/marks , you can try homeopathy.
