How To Treat The Knee Pain?
Knee pain I am a 25 yr old female. When I was 16 I hurt my right knee playing basketball at that time I was told I needed surgery if I ever wanted to play sports again. My grandmother wouldn t let me get it. Now being 25 and in pain so long what can be done.

I suggest you to do an MRI of the knee to find the right diagnose and consult with orthopedic. Meantime rest use ibuprofen or paracetamol to relieve pain and inflammation.
