How To Treat The Hole In The Eardrum?

Hello Doctor , three years back i had informed by a doctor ,my left eardrum has hole .He said it may cure by medicine or not . He done clean on my ear and later the infection problem not there and after three years now the same problem occured with pain in ear ,same infection .Still the hole problem persists , could you is there any way to cure the same without surgery

tympanoplasty is the treatment for chronic ear infection. avoid citrus fruits which tend to cause throat infection which in turn blocks eustachian tube resulting in ear infection. if the infection is chronic, depending on the age adenoidectomy, tonisllectomy and tymapanoplasty with gromet insertion, antibiotic cover
