How To Treat The Diarrhoea, Heartburn And Fatigue?

I have had many abdominal issues and concerns as of this last year now getting worse...upset stomach, heartburn, sob, increased heart rate, diarrehea, fatique, dumping 1-2 hours or immediately after meals even small ones, or constipation, I have been taking a PPI regularly for the last year or so to make it through the day because my sour stomach and heartburn is so frequent and bad
