I think I have what they call trigger finger the finger next to my pinky on my right hand, I am left handed, also there is a spot on the same hand in the palm that seems to affect my finger it is very tender and sore to touch I can press there when finger is bent and it trys to open but usually I have to take my other hand to open my finger. it seems to be starting on my pinky also. what can I do?
