I have an open tear on the corona region of my penis after having sex ten days ago. Ive previously have had the same tears but they always heal this time its tore a bit more bit hasn t healed. I m afraid. First I tried neosporin but that didn t help second I did a ton of research online and discovered it could be balanitis though I am a circumcised male and chancroid. After reading about balanitis I tried lotrimin af. It looked a bit better but not healing after I started to use it. I also see some puss oozing so I keep it clean and dry Now when I check it. In reference to the fungus I remember having a yeast infection along with my pregnant girl friend while she was with child, that s when I actually started having tears. Today is Sunday and there are no clinics I can go and have a blood test or swab done so this is where it leads me. Can you please tell me what s wrong with me?
