first of all don't be nervous sir.
i need to know how did this swelling come. did u have some kind of trauma to your toe ? do u get fever? u can also start with antiinflammatory medicine in addition to your antibiotic. in the meantime u should get complete blood count and serum uric acid tested if u not had any trauma.
