How To Treat Swollen Leg After An Injury?

I fell two days ago on my knee. My leg is swollen. I can walk with out crutches now slowly. It only hurts when I bend to get up or down. The injury is to the front of the knee. Today I noticed a flipping. Like something flipping up and down when I walk.

Do not worry from tour history it looks like a sprain of your knee.

Take analgesic and anti inflammatory tablet prescribed your doctor. Like diclofenac and seratiopepdidase.

Walk slowly and try to over cone the pain as it will improve your recovery but do not give too much strain.

Ice pack cold compression can help reduce inflammation.

You will be fine in no time.
