How To Treat Swelling In Throat?

Quick question
I was recently sick with something I wouldn't call a cold my throat was just super swollen with slight fever and headache to accompany it anyway after that I got mucousy lol I blew my nose so hard my head started pounding the whole day I couldn't look down without crying my head would start pounding just from tieing my shoe but now I smell and taste metal so bad it won't go away no matter what I do I figured it was blood but I don't see any ?????? What is going on doctors :)

in my opinion swelling in throat have many reasons but according to your history it seems due to some abscess forming swelling with fever. associated with URI. I would recommend you to visit ENT specialist nearby for proper check up. I would recommend you to start antibiotics and antihistaminic, antipyretic medication.
