How To Treat Sunburn?

Hi, I got a really bad sunburn a week ago, i could barely move my arms and i had small blisters on both shoulders. I am peeling now but my shoulders are numb and are still very red what does this mean? Also I have peeled on my back and chest but under the dead skin, my new skin is all red and wrinkly, what should i do about this?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Use cortisone cream on the affected areas along with application of a moisturising cream on the entire area.
Besides this use a high spf sunscreen lotion on the entire sun exposed sites.
