How To Treat Subtle Shaking Of Hands And Depressed Speaking Language Skills In A 3 Years Old Child?

My daughter is 3 and her preschool language therapist mentioned she noticed subtle shaking/ tremors in my daughter s hand when she reached for object. She is not on meds or diabetic. The only abnormality is her speaking language skills are far below what the should be for her age. She understands perfectly. She has some words that she can say fine but no where near what she should. Any ideas on this subtle shaking of her hands or if it is related to her speech problem?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your daughter, in my opinion she must required some speech therapist, if you are in hurry, otherwise this could be possible art home also and for that you have to take care for this thing, parenteral support does the very good work, she will be alright, no need to worry about this, never ever force the child to make it correct but supper her for this, hope this information helps you, have nice day
