hi good day! i have also concerns regarding my difficulty in handling stressful situations. whenever im at wrk im irritated dont know what to do first or always want to finish my work on time so i can go home early as i could. im always longing for attention even that person has its own bussness to do also. im thingking too much whenever problems occur and i cannot even sleep well at night maybe 5hours of sleep is enough and when i woke almost 3years now im always felt alone,empty,no improvement,even my health i cannot manage to stay fit. 1week my body becomes fat and 1week after im thin again. im trying to stop thinking too much but i cannot handle it..many fligth of ideas coming on my mind i just notice it when my mind is tired already thinking. what do you think is possible cause and treatment doctor. i cant help myself anymore.
