Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion vomitings are usually present in pregnancy upto 3 to 5 months due to hormonal effect. And in 2 nd trimester gastritis might be the problem. But all these might be aggravated due to ulcer. So I suggest you to take food in small quantities every 2 hourly.Include healthy nutritional diet and avoid spicy and oily foods.Take adequate fluids upto 2 -3 litres.Take antacids and drugs decreasing vomitings depending on the suggestion of your consultant.Dont worry.
