How To Treat Stomach Pain?

Hi, my stomach has been hurting since last night. I never have stomach issues and didn t really eat anything out of the ordinary. I thought maybe after I used the bathroom I would feel better, but it still hurts. I am a 35 year old healthy female. Thank you.

Vomitting or Diarrhoea ? Menstrual history ? Any change in the consistency or frequency of stools?
Hope you are not stressed out or taking too much of caffeine ?
It can be dyspepsia.
