How To Treat Stomach Burning Sensation With Severe Pain In Pelvic Region And Constipation?

I have been having a burning sensation in my stomach on the far right side for over a month. It is very faint but noticable. It is fairly constant. Sometime I have the same pain on the left side also but not as often. The other night I was asleep and woke up and rolled on my left side, immediately I started having a tingly sensation that very quickly turned into excruciating pain. I rolled onto my back and tried to get out of bed but couldn't because of the intensity of the pain. It was all over my stomach from directly under my rib cage all the way down to my pelvic region, with the most severe pain being in my pelvic region. I had to wake up my husband and he had to literally pull me off the bed while I screamed in pain. I made it to the bathroom where I tried to throw up, I had ate a big dinner shortly before bed but couldnt throw up anything besides white flem and very little of it. I realized the pain was eased my doubling over, which made my husband think it was gas. I suffer from constipation, and am currently, and i know the difference in gas. Since then this was the night before last, I have had a cnostant dull stomach ache, including my dull pain on the right side. I had a colonoscopy and an EEG (tube down my throat) a year ago. Is it possible my bowel kinked up?

Hi
Your symptoms seems to be related with GERD( gastro esofageal refluks disease).
You need to do upper endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound
meanwhile I would suggest to avoid spicy foods, carbonated drinks, coffee, tea, chocolates.
use two pills when you lie down
use antacid, omeprazole
avoid stress

wishing you fast recovery
