How To Treat Stomach Bloating With Flatulence?

Hi, the beginning of this week i started to feel bloated and thought it was gas. i did the perier drink and things that would generally help me relieve my gas, and i continued to feel this way. Usually i defecate at least once or twice i day but this week i havent been able too normally. i ve taked several laxatives, and they dont seem to be working..i feel like if there were to be something blocking any movement, my stomach looks and feels so bloated from the top...and i think ive developed a Hemorrhoid. i looked online and "Intestinal obstruction" sounds like the closest thing, or possibly Ileum? This is getting really irritating. please help!
