How To Treat Stomach And Abdominal Pain With Constipation?

From few days back, i m suffering from constipation pain after small intervals. But now I also having my dates , so both pains get so much that I am not able to tolerate. So please suggest what is the problem and what should I do? I am feeling like swelling in my stomach that why whole abdoman is painful.

You should take meftil spasm tablet for your menstrual pain. for constipation also this will give some relief. use warm compresses. A diet rich in roughage like papaya and guava to help relieve constipation. if this does not help then you should go for triphala which increases the bulk of stools and relieves constipation.
