Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sores in mouth and cheeks along with swollen tongue could be due to allergic reaction to some food product or medicine. It could be due to poor immunity of body leading to recurrent soreness and ulceration. You should take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen as it will reduce inflammation and swelling. You should do cold compresses or cold water rinses to reduce inflammation and swelling. You should use antimicrobial mouthwash. You should take soft liquid diet. Apply dologel in oral cavity. Visit oral physician once and get it examined and start treatment accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
