How To Treat Sneezing And Lump Inside The Nostril?
Hi my 5 year old has a lump inside right nostril, he always seems to have mucus in his nose is constantly sniffing up and sounds full but he can t blow nose, now he s started snoring and sneezing all through the night been giving him allergy relief but doesn t seem to make a difference.

Hello. Thanks for asking Healthcare Magic. The lump inside the nostril can be a nasal polyp. The treatment of nasal polyps is surgical removal, if it is causing too much problem. I would suggest to use montelukast syrup for allergy and an antibiotic like cefexime(dry susp) 50mg, 5ml 2 times a day. Also give some steam inhalation especially at night. I hope this helps.
