How To Treat Sleep Disorders?

Two nights ago went three 3 AM and woke up at 8:30 AM and last night I lifted at 10 PM then went to bed at 2:30 AM and woke up at 11AM. I feel nauseous in my stomach and throat and I just started sweating about 10 minutes ago and I still am. I feel a little dizzy when I get up. I m thinking sleep deprivation..?

hiii

i admire you for positive outlook.

i guess it is not due to sleep deprivation.

physical health may affect you sleep.

all symptoms that have you described suggest underlying physical illness.

it could hypo tension or fever or gastric trouble or infection in body somewhere??

so investigate you self
go for basic test and consultation.

if you are physically fit than automatically your sleep will restore.

if not than make

fix sleep schedule
no day time sleep
light food in dinner

exercise and meditation

i prefer low dose of zolpidam for short time in such cases
but 1st step to cure underlying physical illness.

consult physician he will guide you further
get well soon

thank you.
