How To Treat Severe Right-sided Shoulder Pain Post Surgery?

I have had a shoulder replacement on right shoulder. I fell and re-injuried the shoulder. dr said he would fix it again and I never have. now the pAIN SEVERE. SINCE THE SURGERY I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP ON THAT SIDE. THIS HAS BEEN OVER FIVE YEARS. FOR NOT USING THE RIGHT I HAVE TRIED TO ADAPT TO USING THE LEFT. NOW I HAVE SEVERE PAIN THERE AS WELL. SEEMS I HAVE ALL THE SYMTOMS. DO YOU THINK SURGERY WOULD HELP AND WHAT KIND OF RECOVERY TIME. WHAT DOSE THE SURGERY CONSIST OF.
