Hello,

Use the cervical soft collar. This will help stabilize the spine and reduce the inflammation on the spinal nerves. Do some static neck exercises and upper limb strengthening exercises.

A combination of medicine and exercise is beneficial in neuralgia. Correction of posture is of utmost importance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
