How To Treat Severe Nerve Damage In Neck While Suffering From Diabetes And Angina?

I have severe muscle and nerve damage to my neck all the way down to my feet. I also am a type 2 insulin resistant diabetic, I have copd, chf and unstable angina. I have uncontrollable angina. I was recently hospitalized to rule out heart issues, and they did a echocardiogram and stress test, which did not show any significant heart issue at this time. No more than I already had anyway. I did have stent placed in the lad in May 13, 2004. The last few days, the palm of my right hand has burned, had tingling feelings in it and having spasms and my fingers have been cramping up. What do you suggest?
