How To Treat Severe Menstrual Irregularity?

I lost my period for a year and than 1.5 months ago i had bleeding dark almost black blood. Light flow for three days. Yesterday my lower back has started hurting, not muscle pain. And i started bleeding today clots and black blood. Do u know what this could be?

Hi

The cause of absent period for such a long time should be identified and treated.Hormonal imbalance is the main cause of delayed or irregular or scanty menstrual bleeding.

The cause of irregular periods such as polycystic ovaries,obesity and hypothyroidism should be identified and treated effectively.

Ultrasound pelvis,FSH LH hormone ratio ,thyroid profile and blood sugar level, body mass index is essential
