Hi. My scrotum is red and itchy. There is a strange line going up from my scrotum to the glans. I also have a bump on the glans that is sometimes painful. Also have white flakes that show up and wipe away with a wet tissue. This happened 3 days after protected sex with a new partner, I did not shower after and went to work a few hours later and had to be outside in the sun all day that day, which was a friday. Saturday night I remember I was using my saliva rubbing it on my scrotum back and forth to get dirt off just playing around and I was twisting my pubic and hair and pulling on it. Monday at work mid day I started getting itchy like it was an attack out of no where, sharp itching. There were these humps on my shaft, dome shaped bumps that went away after a few days, they flaked a little as they were going way. a few days later I was master bating for the 4th time in a row that day and when I ejaculated I had an itching sensation all throughout my penis like i was itching from the inside, and it turned all red. I got in the shower and thats when I noticed the line coming from my scrotum to the glans which lead to a small bump, which stung and hurt for a while, which eventually went away but I started having the same problem where the new bump is now. Its hard to see it sometimes unless I stretch out the skin, but I often feel light pain associated there and rarely I will get a sharp stinging sensation. I have had all test done about 3 months ago, this has been doing on for 6 months. All test came back negative. after that I saw a dermatologist and he said it was dermmiartis and gave me some cream to put on my scrotum. Which seemed to lightly reduce the inflammation on the scrotum. As you can see in the last picture i had tiny red dots appear on the shaft the other day and tonight when I looked at my penis I noticed it was flaking there. I am in the process of getting insurance and going to see another doctor, I wanted to get a second opinion in the meantime. What could this be? thank you.
