How To Treat Scaly Patches?

I was severely sunburned as a child, numerous times (42 yrs old now). I never had freckles on my back before the sunburns but developed lots of them over the years. Now I have four spots on my back that appeared as scaly patches, that bleed and ooze and are raised. They are also circled by redness. I have had them for about 5-6 months. Should this be checked for skin cancer?

Hi,

The scaly plaques on back are to get diagnosed by expert dermatologist immediately and should get proper treatment. Do not exploit the ailment as it may be worsen and may put you in bed condition.

If needed, your dermatologist might take biopsy of the lesion to get proper diagnosis and accordingly he might treat. So, do not waste the time. Immediately consult the dermatologist.
