Running nose can have many causes like sinus infection ,cold and allergy . The most probable reason for running nose is allergic rhinitis.You should avoid the cause of allergy and use anti histamine nasal spray for it. The scabs in nostril can be due to number of reasons like dryness of mucosa ,picking inside nose .dry climate and blowing nose too hard .Sometimes it can be caused by bacterial infection . I would suggest you keep using saline spray along with some antibiotic ointment ,apply petroleum jelly to prevent dryness ,do not blow your nose hardly ,avoid temptation of picking nose and take steam for cogestion Hope your concern has been resolved.
