How To Treat Scabies?

I work in a long term facility and we have an outbreak of scabies.can you tell me is there stages to a scabie bite? I started out with a pimple like spot that got a head on it then it seemed to dry up and left a hole and now I have red flat freckle like spots????

It is quiet common to acquire the infection in an outbreak.
There is no staging.
It will be better if you apply permethrin.
Also take an anti histamine tablet.This will control the itch.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
And get the medication prescribed.
