How To Treat Red, Swollen And Slightly Burning Eyelids?

I have red, swollen slightly burning eyelids... I m not sure if a make up product or skin care product caused it but it is quite bothersome. Can you tell me a home remedy to help? Also, are there particular things I should look for in my products that could be irritants? I ve had this happen several years ago, but it has been awhile.

both make up product or skin care product can cause this. first stop any such product, and clean the lid margin with sterile swab. apply cromal eye drop and take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily.
