Brief answer:
SUNBURN BLISTERS..
Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain
redness, swelling and blisters on nose after long duration of exposure to sun occurs as a result of absorption of ultraviolet radiations (UV-A , UV-B) under the skin and it hinders the formation of new skin cells as well as cause inflammation and eruptions on skin..
As the blisters have started pus release they may have got infected and you need to take an antibiotic course like
Augmentin or
clindamycin twice daily for 5 days..
You should apply a
Hydrocortisone Cream 2.5% over the blisters to relieve inflammation..
In case of infected blisters you can apply antiseptic cream like
neosporin over the blisters.
In case of pain you can take Advil or
Ibuprofen as it is an antiinflammatory and painkiller..
You can apply ice packs not directly ice but it should be wrapped in a cotton cloth..
Do not expose the burnt area to sun till the healing is completely done and even after that always apply a sunscreen lotion before going into sun..
You can apply baking soda over the sores..
.
Hope this information helps..
