How To Treat Recurrent Yeast Infection?

Hi. I had sex a few months ago and ha a yeast infection complete with itchng, pasty white discharge, and soar vaginal everything. I used a yeast infection remover but, all it did was take the itching away and gave my vagina releif internally and externally. But, now after a simple fingering its irratated again, very soar and the pasty white discharge comes out in clumps. What is this because i have no sores, no aids/hiv, no gental herpes/warts, or anything. Is it a bacterial infection or maybe i did not use the treatment properly or maybe i need internal pills or something. please help!

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bacterial vaginosis and associated yeast infection. For my patients with such cases i advise combination of clindamycin or metronidazole with clotrimazole in form of vaginal suppository or oral tab.I also recommend them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
