How To Treat Recurrent Rupturing Of Blood Vessel In The Eye?

Hello, I've had a ruptured blood vessel in my eye for more than a month. It goes and comes back again and the result is that I have a red spot on part of my eye. What vitamin can I take to help my blood vessels restore? What could be the reason of my eye ruptured vessel? Would cold compresses on my eye will help? Thanks in advance for your answer! Argelia

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having recurrent episodes of rupture of blood vessels resulting in subconjunctival hemorrhage.
This is usually associated with systemic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, bleeding disorders...
Hence I advice you to undergo evaluation to find out underlying diseases if any.
You can take vitamin C and do cold compress. This will help in preventing recurrent episodes.

Thank you
