Hi doc, my baby is one month old.. For the past 3 days he has rashes on his face and neck.. Even he is not sleeping well too. Doc suggested me Atarax drops for rashes and Espumisan for flatulence .. He feels discomfort to sleep. He needs continues feeding. Help me how to deal with this.

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like eczema , ringworm , impetigo , urticaria and scabies . I would suggest you to clean the affectedd area with warm water and soap , keep it dry and it him/her away from potential allergens like dust and plants , apply moisturizer on affected area . Consult pediatrician for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , immunosuppressants along with coeticosteroid ointment .
