How To Treat Rashes All Over The Body With Chest Congestion?

My mother who is 65 yrs. old is having symptoms of Rashes all over the body , face etc.and is also having chest congestion. Heat is also being produced from the body.
She is taking Allegra and got the Injection of Avil twice . She got the relief temporarily.
