Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to me, it could be a Herpes Virus infection of skin. You need to take oral antiviral drug and treatment should be initiated as soon as possible. So, I request you to kindly consult your Dermatologist, as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Siva Subramanian
