How To Treat "Duodenal White Concentric Ulcersin Jijenium And Ileum"?

I am suffering from abdoman pain after eating and occult blood in stool for a long time may be 3-4 years. Actually it was not identified by any test e.g. Upper GI endoscopy, Colonoscopy, UltraSound etc. But at last, in Capsule endoscopy done at sahahra hospital, lucknow, it has been identified that there are "duodenal white based concentric circle ulcers in jijenium & ileum". So doctor told me there is no medicine for Ulcers, TB medicines are used for this disease.

I am taking Rcinex 750 mg since 9 & 1/2 months + benadon 40 mg + Iron pills. Pls tell how much time will I have to take this medicine, b'coz still I am feeling pain in stomache and Occult bleed after 9 & 1/2 months??

Pls tell what should I do now.

- Need of biopsy of the lesion has to be discussed with the treating doctor
if not done till now , and if done than should attach the report herewith
- Addition of proton pump inhibitor is must along with the current
medicines .
- Strict dietary management is highly essential .
- Avoid smoking or alcohol consumption if using .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Manage to have regular sound sleep of 8 hours .
- Turmeric powder in boiled skimmed milk , pure honey , ginger , bassil
leaves are highly effective herbal healers for this purpose .
