my brother (76)had a fall and had to be hspitalisedhe suuffered muscular injury and was treated for that.also since passing of urine was not normal,catheterisation was done.before his discharge ,for a few days his urge to pass urine was tested and and later his catheter was removed before discharge.however after a few days again when he faced problem of not being able to pass urine naturally,catheter had to be reinserted.now he has pus cells50-60 in sample tested.last week it was 40-50 request your advise as to the most appropriate anti biotic/treatment forcontrol of pus cells and any other advise for his speedy recovery. thanks
