How To Treat Punching Feeling In Nose?

My nose has been hurting like I got punched, but I didn t. Like around the bridge part of my nose on one side. I ve also had a headache, runny nose, watery eyes, and have been tired. (I m pretty sure the latter issues are allergies right now.) Did I damage the cartilage in my nose or something? Am I supposed to treat it?
