There is no treatment to cure pterigium except surgery. wait till it reaches pupilary area and effect vision.once it reaches pupil then it can be rescected. similarly surgery for other eye be done. no other treatment can cure it. it is a simple opd surgery. nothing to fear and twill take very little time.
