How To Treat Problem While Emptying Bladder?

I am Jerry Vincent I have a problem emptying my bladder this has been with me for a long time and haven t realized it my bladder stays about 2/3rds of a quart full if I am at 1 quart full I can pee down to the 2/3 quart and never below that 2/3 level at times it easy to urinate but others very hard It seams if I took pain meds like Vatican or sinus meds, or Unisom for sleep for a time maybe a week or so it stops the flow of urine. any ideas ? The possibilities are urethral stricture or prostate enlargement. Please consult a urologist for examination and further tests. It has been observed that antihistamines found in sinus medications can cause urinary difficulties including complete block of urine- so try to avoid them until further tests are done.
