How To Treat Problem Of Frequent Urination?

earlier my wife has been diagnosed as mnd patient ,but keeping in view her two syptoms ie non control on urine (which is very rare )and very slow progress or non progress in swallowing the treating doctor is now aaprehending the same as motor system and advised to go for another emg test ,B12,ANA-IF,and CBCetc .i would like to know expert opnion

* As per my surgical experience, this issue of bladder incontinence maybe related to urinary bladder musculature, internal urethral valve issues from pelvic nerves problem.
* In our clinic, I recommend to undergo urine culture, ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis, CT scan with IVP , Uroflowmetry according to the clinical examination parameters with history elaboration.
