How To Treat Premature Ejaculation?

hi, i m 25 years old. i ve been masturbating since a very young age. i don t exactly remember for sure since when i ve been into this habit. i have now good control over it. the problem is i have orgasm very quickly and the semen discharges in just a matter of 10 seconds if i start masturbating. i m sure if i get married( as my parents want me to) i will be really embarrassed with such quick discharge and because of my inability to control orgasm.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. You should be worried but not too much.
I recommend SSRI(Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) such as Prozac and Zoloft may help. The drugs can be taken several hours before sexual activity, they inhibit arousal, they can help make it easier for you to control ejaculation.
In addition you can use some techniques:
1.The Stop-and-Start Method .You can practise alone.
2.The Tantric Method .Some men go all the way with the practice of tantra, trying for no ejaculation at all — just a series of inner, "dry" orgasms that keep precious sexual energy inside the body.
3.Condoms can extend sexual activity.
